Sooo I started watching Hannibal the TV series. Man it’s ridiculously awesome. I’ve never seen the movies. “Silence of the Lambs” was a big deal, right? *watches it* FUCK it’s good. Maybe I’ll read the book—books! ALL THE BOOKS!

 (Clarice x Hannibal) movie/book-verse. I admit that it's a fucked up ship, but tbh no matter who you ship Hannibal with it's always going to end up fucked up. In any case it's Canon (original book-verse) so its like... officially fucked up?

I think if you’ve never seen the movies or read the books you can keep it completely separate from the TV series without one spoiling the other. Since “Hannibal The TV series” branches off much in the same way that JJ Abrams did his own AU Star Trek. They both work well. But all of it is worth a glance. ALL. OF. IT.
