Due to the fact that well I'm broke, in college, and badly in need of some money, I am going to finally open up commissions. Please bear with me for I have not done this before. Below is the general information, how I charge, etc. etc.

Make sure you fill out a form, which you can find below under "Payment Method" If you have requested a commission before, but did not make it in time, you still have to resubmit your request. I want everyone to have an equal shot at glomping a slot.

NOTE! A name on the list with a "strike" through it means that I am finished with that person's commission. It does not mean that it is open. You can start requesting for commissions when a slot says "OPEN."

- Chibis (Super deformed, cute style. Always full body, unless otherwise specified. You can choose from the two chibi styles):

ADDITIONAL BACKGROUNDS!
You can also request the following backgrounds to be added to your commission.The price is the same throughout all styles. If you do not request a specific background, it will be blank, i.e. white.

1) Simple/Decorative: An additional $5

PAYMENT METHOD

You must be 18 or over to get a paypal account. IF you are UNDER 18, and still want to commission me, you can use someone else's account (such as your parent, guardian, or friend) to pay me.

REQUEST FORM

Send me either an e-mail (youkaiyume@yahoo.com) or a note with the title: COMMISSION. The following is the request form that MUST be included in your note. (If you do not fill out the form properly it might delay/prevent you from getting approval for a slot):



1) Your name and e-mail (If you really feel like it, you can also include your phone #).

2)What?: Character(s), specifications, what kind of picture you want it to be such as romantic, comedic, etc. composition (optional) and other details.

3)Type: Half Body, Full Body, or Chibi style?

4) Style: (Sketch, Cell, Soft, Painter, or Copic Markers)

5) Background: if you want one. (simple or complex and please include all details on how you want it.)

6) Reference material (ESPECIALLY for original characters. This can also include material that you want included in backgrounds, clothes, or anything of the like). NOTE! If your commission requires reference materials, YOU MUST INCLUDE IT IN YOUR REQUEST! I will not approve of your request until I get all the sufficient references I need.

7) If you are okay with me putting it into my DA gallery afterward, and if it's okay for me to sell it as a print should I choose (does not include fanart).


After receiving your order, I will try to send you a preview sketch as soon as I can. If satisfied, you pay a deposit of HALF of the total price. Upon completion of the entire thing, I will send you another preview, and if you are happy with the overall outcome, you pay the rest of the total.

Once I receive payment, you will get the high res file in uncompressed jpeg format. You can also request the .psd (.psd will be flattened)

Drastic or complete changes in your order that require a resketch will cost an additional $10.

ALL COMMISSIONS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!
Check the slots regularly to see if there are any open. As soon as the slots are filled, all requests shall be deleted. So, if an open slot appears again and you still want to commission me, you must resubmit your request.

EXTRA NOTES:

1) Deadlines: If you have a deadline, it must be at least a month in advance of the original request date.

2)The working format will be on 300 dpi, at an 8x11 canvas by default, unless otherwise specified. 11x14 is the maximum canvas you can request.

3) You may request a print of your commission at 8x11 glossy print size (or otherwise specified) at an additional cost of $10.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS

1) If you decide to cancel your order, you must do so before I send you the preview sketch and you have already paid me the deposit. If you decide to cancel AFTER this time, you do not have to pay the second half of the price, but you WILL NOT get a refund on the deposit.
2) If for some reason, I cannot complete your commission and decide to drop the project, you will get a full refund, regardless of if you have paid me the deposit or not, or how far along I am on it.
