Sakura+Yue: Fly Me to the Moon

Finally completed. I've been wanting to do a Yue/Sakura pic for YEARS now. But I've always been dissatisfied with every attempt that I made. So the completion of this piece is sort of like a triumph for me.

Yue is such a devoted person that I can easily imagine that once he warms up to Sakura, he'd be fiercely loyal to his mistress and dote on her every whim, lol. You can look at this as a "romance" pic if you'd like, or you can look at it as more of a "close bond" pic. Hopefully, their closeness shows.

Marianne! This one is for you! Please don't ever forget me...

Photoshop CS...lost count of the hours. It was colored once before, but again, I was dissatisfied with the coloring and restarted the whole coloring process not too long ago.

(p.s. Yes, I know the moon is the other way. But if I were to be more accurate, "take me flying" doesn't sound as pretty as "fly me to the moon." Plus...Yue's name means Moon, sooo...whatever)
