Blah. I really don't know. Another one of my infamous sketches during math class...or was it history? Ack! Neji looks so feminine here! >.< Oh welsh, I still love him...
I thought it sort of reminded me of my other pic, Neji - Simplicity where he's younger... (and that one sucked btw XP) so I guess it's sort of related in a way. Mmmm, my screwed up logic. I'll just leave now.
