Honestly, if the genders were reversed, people wouldn't honestly give a f if Kakashi was a decade older than Sakura. Because the older being the female is kind of 'hot' and 'less taboo'. Heck, I bet majority would either be seeing no problem with it or they would be supporting the whole ship had it happened.
